The Heroic 100

Help us recognize 100 people changing youth sports for the better.

Nominate a hero

Youth sports doesn't happen without the people behind it — the coaches who stay late, the volunteers who show up early, the officials who keep coming back. The Heroic 100 is New Heroic's search for 100 people making a meaningful difference in youth sports. Not because they're famous. Because they're making things better.

What makes a hero

Who belongs on the Heroic 100?

Anyone making a positive impact on youth sports can be nominated. That could be a:

Coach Volunteer Parent Official Athletic director Facility or league staff member Trainer Mentor Organizer Photographer or storyteller Advocate Builder or innovator Student Community leader

They don't need a huge following, impressive title or national recognition. They just need to be doing something worth recognizing.

Name your hero

Know someone making youth sports better? Tell us about them. You can nominate more than one person — just submit the form again.

Who should we recognize?
What team, club, school, facility or organization are they connected to?
What sport or sports are they involved with?
Tell us what they're doing and the impact they've made. It doesn't need to be long — we just want to hear their story.
So we can follow up if we have questions about your nomination.

We use your email only to follow up on this nomination. We won't publish it or add you to a list.

This is about the people who make sports possible.

We'll be sharing selected stories through New Heroic as we work toward recognizing all 100.

If someone immediately came to mind while reading this page, that's probably a pretty good sign.
